Training Philosophy
The goal of Team Grizzly Jujitsu & Judo is to promote lifelong physical, mental, and spiritual growth through the martial arts. Training integrates strength and mobility, aerobic endurance, with the razor sharp techniques of the fighting arts. We focus on precision, integration, and progression.
