Bio

Ben is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in compound movements and interval training.

As a tightly-controlled Type 1 diabetic, he also has an affinity for nutrition and low-glycemic living. Along

his own fitness path, he lost over 100 pounds and has maintained a healthy BMI for over 15 years.

He has experience in competitive lifting, endurance exercise, cross-training, and rehabilitation. He is

passionate about achieving and maintaining goals with a sustainable fitness lifestyle.
