Training Philosophy

Today you are going to begin your life for you! From 15 years of experience, I have learned the best motivational techniques possible. All sessions are tailored specifically to fit your needs and you will never have the same work out twice! I incorporate methods such as flexibility training to maximize your sessions, whether they are geared toward weight loss/gain, tone and definition and/or dynamic calisthenic exercises. I do one on one, couples or bootcamp training! Change does not happen overnight so let's start now so we can reach your goals!!!

Bio

While at the University of Illinois I played on the women's soccer team. That is when I met my strength and conditioning coach who be became my mentor. After becoming injured he continually motivated me to attain optimal health once again. He inspired me to not only become a personal trainer, but choose an internship at a fitness facility in college. From there I secured a job as a Personal Trainer and started learning new techniques to incorporate into my sessions. I am a black belt in tae kwon do, specializing in training and competing in sparring championships. I, also began coaching and giving private lessons in various sports, police testing and military bootcamp readiness programs. During this time I have graduated from Wellness and Massage Training Institute. My next step in my life includes becoming a massage, anatomy and kinesiology Instructor. It is in my nature to both continue my education process as well as educate and motivate others. Life is my passion and I am determined to help as many people as possible! Optimal health is not achieved in a day, but is an ongoing process, a way of life!!!
