Personal Trainer Overview

My mission is to provide you with the highest quality and most effective training and fitness program designed specifically to help you improve your overall image and quality of life. I will accomplish this my understanding your unique needs, goals and expectations, and develop the appropriate programs that will help you achieve your desired outcome. I work diligently to create a positive experience for each and every person who walks into the studio. I don’t have one-size-fits-all programs and we don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches. After a thorough assessment, I develop the appropriate workouts that will help clients achieve their goals. No two workouts are exactly the same. I do this so workouts don’t become a chore or monotonous. It takes a lot of time and creativity to come up with a new program for each session. My main focus is to make sure client’s goals are achieved in an effective, timely and efficient manner, and can be maintained over time.

Subscribing to living a healthier lifestyle and reaping the rewards that come with it is possible, only if you are ready and willing to trade your indulgences for something more meaningful and worthwhile – your happiness, health and well being.

As a personal trainer, it’s my job to fully understand my clients by identifying their fitness levels, unique needs, abilities and limitations. It is my responsibility to set the example for my clients.

My philosophy is to work multiple muscle groups at the same time versus focusing on one muscle group at a time. When you train at ForeverFit, I want you to feel like this is your special one-hour ‘me time.’ This is the one hour that's all about you, my clients.

After a long and successful career as an advertising executive and agency owner, I felt it was time to step away from the desk and step into the gym.

I am 100% dedicated to my clients’ success. I truly believe that I can make a difference and positively impact your life. As your personal trainer, I will continually encourage and motivate you, and remind you why you are working out with me. I will track and monitor your progress and make the necessary adjustments along the way. However, achieving your desired results requires a personal promise and commitment from you to yourself. Ultimately, this is what drives results.
