Bio
I attended Collin College in Frisco for an A.A. in philosophy, and I graduated from School Yoga Institute in Peru (2022) with my 200HR-CYT. I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over four years now and teach at various gyms and studios across the metroplex. I also have a background in guided meditation. I have a passion for holistic healing and love to help others find their source of relief through natural methods. I love to travel when my life warrants it and find myself happiest when I’m exploring nature or hiking. In my free time when I’m not practicing yoga, I like to play video games and spend time with my cats, Silas and Dumpling! I’m also a huge music nerd… ask me about my saxophone skills! My main goal is to help my clients to reconnect their minds with their bodies, and of course, to help people live more comfortable lives.
