Bio

I have been training since I was thirteen for sports and just for the pure pleasure of it. I began as more bodybuilding style and soon started power lifting for performance. I was also trained with track and field throughout high school. I joined the Marine Corps out of high school and that is where I found Crossfit. As a Machinegunner, I was always on my feet, carrying heavy loads. I began coaching at Crossfit Cedar Park, when I returned from Afghanistan and I have not looked back since
