Personal Trainer Overview
Spire Fitness Training Programs are located in Salt Lake City, Utah. All workouts and exercise programs are for women and men. ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME. The program offers top of the line workouts designed by the most elite personal trainers in Utah. Training is offered Monday through Saturday every week. Audrey is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah. She currently holds 5 Nationally recognized Personal Training Certifications; NASM, ACE, AFFA, NESTA, and APEX. She is also certified in Post-Rehab for people with chronic diseases and disabilities. She has helped people recover from back, shoulder, hip, and knee surgeries as well as prepared clients for surgeries. She is a specialist in assisted stretching for people looking to improve their flexibility, increase range of motion, lower risk of injury, and/or improve sports performance in games such as tennis and golf.
Bio
Audrey has been into fitness and sports ever since she was a little girl. She started designing her own in-home workouts when she was about 10 years old and has loved fitness and working out ever since. She played many sports growing up including Volleyball, Swimming, Baseball, and Basketball. She loves all activities and currently participates in Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Martial Arts, Yoga, Running, and Hiking whenever possible.
