Personal Trainer Overview
Ashley Stewart is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer providing online personal training services. This type of training allows you to receive personalized workout plans, while training at a location and time of day that is most convenient to you. Minimal equipment is needed, and workouts will be built around your goals and abilities.
Training Philosophy
If the idea of CrossFit scares you, let me ease your mind. CrossFit is not the CrossFit Games, nor is it a coach yelling in your face as you’re dying in the middle of a workout. CrossFit is an exercise methodology, and a good one at that. It helps people go from a sedentary lifestyle, to an active one. Movements and workout intensities vary in order to give you a well-balanced fitness regimen. The movements included are also designed to improve your life outside of the gym and fix weaknesses or other physical limitations you might have. This style of training is beneficial to anyone, but there are certain people that I enjoy working with more than others.
I enjoy working with people who are not fit now, but are looking to change that. Working with athletes on high-level skill movements is fun, but my passion is in helping people get off the couch. Teaching what it means to be fit, move well, and live an all-around healthy life is very important to me. I have no interest in athletes who think they know everything. I would much rather work with a blank slate, someone who has never exercised a day in their life, and grow from there. If this sounds like you, let’s talk!
Bio
Ashley is an athlete and Certified Personal Trainer providing online personal training services. She has been involved in fitness since 2014 and has experience in running, crossfit, self-care, and mobility. She also has a tremendous passion for outdoor activities such as camping and obstacle course racing. When not at the gym, Ashley can be found writing fitness-related articles, reading her latest self-improvement book, or listening to Ben Bergeron's podcasts on YouTube.
