I have decided from my niche of mom's and working with other women the importance of adjusting to fluctuating schedules. I have developed a workout from home program to fit your time, a baby and me program, lean muscle, strength training, and a fat loss program to fit your goals. These all combine strength or weight training with intermittent cardio, nutrition plans, and consistent help or advice in these areas combined with encouragement from me! Heath to me is combining your best self-physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Sleeping and eating as best as you can, pushing yourself in your work outs, and striving to be kind and positive towards your own thoughts and self-image while pursuing your journey towards your best health.

Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009.

I have been a personal trainer since college while obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Biology. I worked in healthcare from 2009 to 2020 and decided during the pandemic to go back and refocus on health and wellness. I obtained my health coach cert through Dr. Sears and recertified my CPT and a nutrition specialist cert through Fitness Mentors in the last 2 years. We had our son in October 2021 which made me realize the importance of balancing fitness with wellness for more difficult schedules for mom's like myself!
