Personal Trainer Overview

Working with a personal trainer is an investment in your health that will improve every area of your life. I will work directly with you to create a customized training program that will get you to your goals in a way that is enjoyable for you. I will also provide you with nutritional guidance and healthy recipes that make healthy eating sustainable!

Training Philosophy

Through strength training and nutrition, I teach women how to take control of their health and fitness to improve every area of their life. I take a more holistic approach to wellness and consider all aspects of my clients' lives (fitness, lifestyle, mindset) when I come up with a training and nutrition plan.

Education

I received a B.A. in Psychology from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

I was a personal trainer at Equinox and a group fitness coach at F45. I have experience training clients one on one and training clients in a group setting.

Bio

Hi, I'm Ariel! I’m a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach with a passion for functional training, simple healthy recipes, and the intersection between mental and physical health. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UCLA where I learned about the close relationship between mental health and physical health. I discovered my purpose: to guide women on their health and fitness journey to improve their overall well being.

My passion for health and fitness began at a young age. Throughout my childhood, I lost several close family members, including my mother. During these difficult times, I used fitness as an outlet to gain a sense of control over my life. There were many things in life that I couldn’t control, but eating healthy and working out was always one thing that I did! It made me feel confident during challenging times.

My mission as a personal trainer is to help women take control of their health and fitness and leave women feeling confident and capable of tackling any challenge that life may bring! You no longer have to wonder what to do in the gym or plan out each of your workouts, my customized programs will help you reach your goals in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable, all you have to do is show up!
