Personal Trainer Overview
Lets face it, everyone does not have time to go to the gym or the money to maintain a membership that they will not use but we all want to get in shape. My methods include light weights, circuit training, cardio, using your own body weight as a training aide. I provide meal plans that are tailored to the client. I do one on one training as well as group classes couples and families.
Training Philosophy
Everyone wants to be healthy but they also do not know where to start or are too ashamed to let anyone help them...WE'VE ALL BEEN THERE! I believe that you do not have to go to the gym and gym only to get healthy and fit. Going outside and enjoying nature makes workouts better and also improves your mood. I love weight training, using my own body weight, meditation, yoga, cardio and just having fun while getting fit. I also provide a meal plan because we can workout or go to the gym all the time but if our eating habits are not right than the workouts mean nothing. Getting healthy is a lifestyle not a diet. I do believe and insist on cheat days to shock the body and get rid of the cravings that make people not stick to eating healthy. I believe that getting healthy doesn't have to be strenuous or harsh but it can be fun and that's the way that I prefer it to be...i love have fun while working out i even do relay races in my classes as well as competitions and just regular games like kick ball, soft ball, basketball and hiking.
Education
I have been educated by the military in diet and nutrition, physical fitness, weight training, circuit training, heavy weight training, proper form, life style management, life skills, life coaching, all ages and all fitness levels, special needs individuals as well. Sports conditioning and group training as well.
