Personal Trainer Overview
I believe in challenging your body mainly with weights. By choosing the proper weight that limits you to a certain amount of reps, you get the amazing benefits of muscle gain as well as fat loss. I like to keep rest periods short and implement super sets (two exercises back to back no rest) as you advance. Periodization (changing rep ranges/weight as time goes on) is also the cornerstone of my training which guarantees consistent progress.

Bio
My name is Anthony Timbers. I am 25 years old and graduated college in 2015 with a degree in information technology. I have been working in IT since I was 20 years old, but have decided to make a career change in the recent year. Fitness slowly became my passion starting in the year of 2014. I was really out of shape (see picture on the right) and very sad. I wanted to change my body for good instead of doing one of those home workout programs that would only give temporary results. I was tired of losing weight and then gaining it all back. I decided to make a change in my life and because of that I stand where I am today. Three years ago today, I started my fitness journey. I will admit that when I first started, I did things wrong for over a year. I restricted what I ate, did tons of cardio, and worked out completely wrong. After I discovered I was doing things wrong and began to implement the proper techniques and eating habits, my transformation above became possible. Yes, this took me three years to accomplish but it does not have to take you that long. It actually takes most people many more years to make the progress I have in this amount of time. My goal is to help save you all from some of the rookie mistakes that people make when it comes to fitness. That is why I chose this as my career. Let me help you learn exactly what you need to do to change your body in a much shorter period of time.
