Training Philosophy

I am passionate about helping others feel better, and live a healthier lifestyle. I take a whole body approach that includes habit-based fitness & nutrition coaching, regular assessments as well as designing your training plan unique to your needs and goals. My mission is for you to see and feel the benefits of personal training and develop good habits for life. Make the commitment to change your life, and I will see to it that, with your dedication, you reach your health and fitness goals.

Education

Training via the National Academy of Sports Medicine in kinesiology, exercise physiology, sports nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation, exercise for special populations, weight training techniques, fitness assessment. Skill sets include kettle bell training, stability balls, boomer fitness, boot camp instructing, lifestyle management, sports conditioning, group fitness, and adaptive exercise for special populations.

I am a Certified Wellness Specialist via the Top Ranked, Nationally Accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Certified Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. I specialize in Fitness and Lifestyle Coaching for the Active (or not so active) Adult who needs help in achieving his or her optimal health with a focus on lowering the risk of developing Type II Diabetes.
