I believe in Personal Design of a Program. Changing up the concepts of training per the individual needs. I believe in Crossfit, Super Slow, Triathlete, Swimming, Running and Biking. I change things up to provide the most power, fat burning, and strength available to my client. The Goals of the client are the most important....So lets get started and lace up those shoes.

Training is my life.....After having 2 babies in 3 years and being a size 16 and 185 lbs I was determined to get back into shape. With nutrition and cardio and weight training I was able to get down to 135 in about 7 months. After achieving my goals I needed a reason to be in the gym. I became a Trainer and a Nutrition Specialist to help others achieve their goals. Since then I have completed 2 1/2 marathons, way to many to count 10 and 5ks, and started doing Triathlons. I just signed up for the 2010 Florida IronMan. Motivating my clients with self motivation and being their for them is what I do best. We do Turkey Trots and Santa runs and St Patricks day runs and now triathlon together. We keep each other in check with our exercise and of course nutrition. My clients call and email me whenever they feel they have a question or a need. I once got a call from a client that was at Olive Garden and crying because she didn't know what to order. This is why am here, anytime, anywhere.
