Personal Trainer Overview

I think every person is UNIQUE! Some people need workouts to motivate them, some to get to the next level, others it's a matter of life or death. I practice within my scope of practice and have no troubles referring you to others that I feel have a better grasp on areas of health outside of exercise, than I do. I work closely with Registered Dietitians, Family Practice Doctors, Massage Therapist, etc. That way I am able to provide the client with the best quality care for their whole health. After all your HEALTH doesn't mean just exercise!!

Training Philosophy

As a trainer, I have worked with athletes, celebrities, special needs/rehabilitation and other clients who want to get into shape. Whether it’s one-on-one or in group settings, my tailored programs include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility aimed to reduce body fat and improve balance, coordination and stability. These programs are customized to meet the needs of every individual and their specific goal.

I have held numerous titles in my professional career that include exercise specialist, nutrition coach, metabolic specialist, cardio/marathon coach, and personal trainer in various facilities. Having this diverse background allows me to work with all types of people and all ages.

I chose to become a trainer because I have a passion for education and helping people achieve healthy and active lifestyles. Growing up is where I gained this passion. As an overweight preteen I struggled with my weight, and began seeking knowledge as to how to lead a healthier lifestyle. I learned to keep a closer eye on my healthy lifestyle with consistent clean eating, weight lifting and cardio. As my successes grew, I noticed others asking for advice along the way. This is where my passion was born, seeing a long-lasting change in my clients’ lives has been very rewarding for me.
