Personal Trainer Overview

It's not all about losing weight. Health is the most important asset we can have. Gaining health through fitness can be fun. Weight loss and looking great is a side effect of getting healthy!

Training Philosophy

I believe in making exercise fun. Having fun with what we are doing makes it much more enjoyable to come into the gym. I key into people's personal needs and sense of humor and get them to lighten up and lift weights! Resistance training is extremely important for gaining better health. I also believe in progressing exercise to the best of each individuals ability.

Education

I trained in Los Angeles with Billy Blanks for 10 years, and worked with Body Flex training team for 6 years. I teach cardio kickboxing, boxing, spin, boot camps, sports conditioning, group fitness, and senior fitness.

Bio

I began teaching dance at the age of 16, and have always been fascinated with the biomechanics of the body, how the body works, and proper form on movements to minimize injuries.

From there, I got into martial arts, kickboxing, and body language.

Aside from exercise, I love nutrition, and try to grow most of my own food.
