Personal Trainer Overview

My training utilizes HIIT (High intensity, interval training) to build lean muscle, burn fat and get better results faster. My style of training is modified for beginners all the way to athletes so everyone gets their own, awesome workout based on their individual needs.

Training Philosophy

Because I push quality and intensity, I get better and longer lasting results from clients. They improve in strength, weight loss and overall health and thrive on the way they feel after an amazing workout. I also understand the importance of healthy food, no matter how hard the workout is. I scrutinize my clients diets and offer healthier food options to them.

Bio

I am a mother of 2 children so working with busy mothers is a passion because I myself know what it's like to handle all that it takes with little ones. I am a former athlete in soccer and track and bring that style of training into my own training.
