Personal Trainer Overview

Every body is different, and needs to be treated differently, especially when adding an exercise routine, and movements it may not be used to making. Everyone has dysfunctions, which are known as imbalances in muscles. Imbalances in muscles are created throughout our daily lives, using certain muscles more than others with repetitive motions, sitting postures, standing and even walking postures. With these dysfunctions come pain, and the inability to put your body through specific movements. This is where my routines come in. Specialized for your body, to help you get results without injury, and reduce any pains you may be suffering from, associated with muscle imbalances.

Each routine is created to fit the needs and abilities for each client, determined in the initial assessment. Everyone's body is different and requires special attention, ensuring the proper exercises are being added to the routines, to ensure optimal results are achieved. Each routine is created to build up weaknesses determined in the initial assessment, to create balance throughout the body. Doing this helps reduce the chance of injury during workout routines, especially doing daily activities requiring the use of your weaker muscles.

These routines are also created around previous injuries, or surgeries inhibiting your ability to do certain movements without injury. They are created to provide you with optimal physical health and balance throughout the body, allowing you to live a happier healthier life.

Training Philosophy

In order for fitness routines, and habits to work, we must work together. I dedicate myself to each client, understanding their needs will be different from others, and they may want/need more guidance or education on how they can make the necessary changes for better fitness. I love sharing my knowledge with my clients, and want you to know everything I do to help you achieve your goals.

I love using multiple training techniques (strength, yoga, pilates, flexibility, and HIIT), as I feel many training programs can be a little boring without variety, and with this integration of other techniques I'm ensuring your body is getting the attention it needs to make healthy changes.

Bio

Fitness and nutrition have been lifelong interests and passions of mine, starting with my own personal health. I love improving people’s lives and helping them attain their fitness goals, by encouraging them to push themselves to the point they never thought was possible. I dedicate myself to each session ensuring my client’s needs are being met, by modifying exercise routines to fit their needs and abilities. I understand every person’s body is different, so I determine the best exercises for their success, without fear of injury. Most of my programs are centered around Corrective Exercise techniques, focusing on creating balance throughout the body, to reduce injury from daily activities, and help them live a happier, healthier life.
