Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
S-skinny is not necessarily healthy.
C-competitiveness, workout for yourself not for anyone else
A-arguing within yourself. It is ok if you missed a day, a week, or even a month at the gym. Let's figure out why you did and how we can get you back on track. Or even how to begin. Also do not argue with the mirror. You are accepting the fact that you are not happy with your body if you have come to me for help, so don't step on the scale or look in the mirror and yell at yourself every day. Take it day by day and reward yourself for what you have done, what you will do, and take it as a journey along the way not always a challenge.
L-long term goals. It is great to have a "final result," but short-term goals are what I believe in. Benchmarks not the finish line. If you want to lose (fat) or gain (muscle) 30lb. should not be your first goal. Let's get the first 2, next 2, next 5. etc.
E-excuses, I accept no excuses. When/if there is a problem that is interfering with a workout then I help that person through the problem so it does not become an excuse.
