I recently moved back to Texas from MA and would like to build my personal training business again. While in MA, I taught group fitness classes at Orangetheory Fitness. I was also a Personal Trainer at an assisted/independent living residence, where I did one-on-one training and taught group fitness classes. Prior to moving to MA, I was really focusing on growing my business and was running my own private personal training studio in Austin, TX. I instructed fitness camps and offer in-home training, as well. Before I moved into my own training space, I worked at Austin Fitness Clinic for 3 years. Prior to working at AFC, I worked at Lifetime Fitness. I also instructed a boot camp for Wells Fargo for 2 years and have helped out with boot camps for Home Away. I previously worked as a Chiropractic assistant, which is what inspired me to become a personal trainer. I specialize in pre/post natal training. I have trained clients throughout their entire pregnancy, which is always an amazing experience!
