Personal Trainer Overview
What is Secret Sauce? It is your recipe for success. What goes into this recipe? First, we give your body a reason to change through strength training. Lifting relatively heavy weight is the best way to build muscle, burn fat, and jump-start your fitness. Next, we facilitate changes to your body by manipulating diet and nutrition. We help you determine what to eat and how much so that we support your training goals. Finally, we allow change to happen by teaching you how to optimize your recovery. Sleep, supplements, stress all contribute to how well you recover between training sessions; knowing how to manage all of these can be the key to finding your Secret Sauce.
Training Philosophy
Finding your Secret Sauce is tough and requires patience. Lifting weights plus nutrition and recovery are fundamental to changing your body, but sometimes it is necessary to get extra help. Other key ingredients to your Secret Sauce can include: cardio-endurance training, high-intensity interval training, body-weight/calisthenics, flexibility and mobility, corrective exercise...the list goes on! At 310 Strength & Conditioning, we take a personalized approach to your fitness because what matters is that you get results, no matter how it happens.

Bio
I began my fitness journey when I was 15 years old and took my first CrossFit class with my dad at Dowgtown CrossFit in Culver City, California. Since then, I have graduated college and expanded my knowledge in the world of training by learning from industry leading companies, such as Starting Strength, RP Diet and Nutrition, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My goal is to teach as many people as I can how to live a healthy life by getting lean, strong, and confident.
