AIM Fitness believes in community based fitness that is both fun and effective! AIM coaches are certified and experienced in leading clients to accomplish their fitness goals, with expertise in nutrition, wellness, recovery, transformations, weightlifting, and more!

Training Philosophy

AIM Fitness is a strength training gym that provides structured, effective, and results based training. AIM is fully equipped with top quality training equipment, and offers a comfortable and welcoming environment to workout in.

Every client, whether they are 1:1, semi-private, or small group focused, receives a comprehensive program that includes nutrition and measurements to complement their training regiment.

Bio

Alex graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona in 2019. Ever since, he has spent his time coaching diverse populations in both sports and fitness. Alex is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and is working on becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He strives to help people get ready for the moments that matter most - in work, sport, or everyday life. He believes that everyone has the potential to upgrade their life, and meets his clients where they’re at in their unique journey in order to enable and empower change. Whether you need help with training, nutrition, recovery, or anything in between, Alex is ready to help you build the momentum you need to take the next step.
