Personal Trainer Overview
Studies have shown that consistency is key in any training program, and I create unique workout programs for each client that they will be able to maintain in the long-term. I use utilize many different training techniques depending on my clients needs and goals, as no one program style will fit every client. I focus on nutrition and stress-management along with physical fitness as working out with no other considerations will not lead to long-term success.
Training Philosophy
I believe in working with the whole person, not just their physical fitness. I integrate nutrition and stress management with strength training to create a program that is unique to each client that will enable them to feel their best. While I will use body weight and measurement tracking for concrete data on how a client is progressing, I prefer to focus on less tangible factors such as increased energy, decreased pain and discomfort, and mental health as these are the things that are the most noticeable and have a greater effect on a client's overall health.
