Personal Trainer Overview
The gym literally changed my life. In 2016 I was 250 pounds and in 11 months I worked my way to a lean 170 pounds. My training methods are weightlifting, calisthenics, TRX, weight loss, or pure cardio. The client chooses the method depending on his/her goal, but my suggestion is weightlifting. Also, my service comes with a workout program and a nutrition diet and if the client wants supplements I will provide them with recommendations.
Training Philosophy
living healthy it should be everybody's way of life, and it won't accomplish by only eating healthy or doing the minimum exercise. I believe the most important aspect of living healthy or working out is dedication. dedication to workout on daily basis as your habit won't only make you look good and healthy and feel good, but it also makes you organized and on track. Training is an amazing thing but I also believe a big portion of training is the diet, with a good nutrition diet you will be able to lose fat and gain muscle easily. in order to motivate the client, I will show them how fun is training and I will be there with them and won't let them be bored of it.
Education
I am very experienced in this field, working out is my hobby. I have had two personal trainers who both were the first and third place in the golden arm tournament (a fitness tournament in the Middle East). I have been working out for almost 3 years consistently and found this as one my passions, therefore, I have pursued a class of studying how the body works. this class taught me how to maintain different bodies.

Hello, I am a freshman at Miracosta San Elijo Community College. I am in the process of becoming a certified personal trainer and I am available for local residents who are trying get fit and live a healthier life.
I am available for a rate of $25 per hour and I will provide you with a workout program tailored to your needs. The gym literally changed my life.
