Training Philosophy
I am an exercise enthusiast and I love what exercise does for me. I love eating healthy and I receive great benefits from both. I have a fun and energetic personality and I pass on this passion to my clients by making work outs fun yet I push to the limits that each client is capable of. I constantly share new information with my clients about new science regarding diet and exercise. I present new foods, shakes and products that keep a client from getting bored with the diet.
I have trained most of my clients for 10 years. I think they stay with me because they they like the motivation I give them, they have the body they came to me to get, they are active and pain free and they have a relationship with me that is not only professional but they know I care about each of them individually and I would do anything to help them reach their personal goals.
