Personal Trainer Overview

At Max Training we use a circuit style, ballistic weight training. This allows my clients to get strength and cardio in a short, efficient workout. We offer the use of Cormax equipment that can take your fitness to a new level. To see what this is like visit www.cormax.us

Training Philosophy

I believe in working the core of the body, training it like an athlete would. This is achieved by working your core through different planes of motion. By having all small muscle groups firing together, we reduce the chance of injury. What you were doing last year won't suffice this year, fitness is always changing. I challenge my clients on a daily basis with demanding programs and avoiding the dreaded burnout.

Workouts must change to be effective and exciting. I use drills to help achieve your goals, and strengthen and stabilize the powerhouse of the body. Most of the drills are done single legged to increase the degree of difficulty and mimic sports, and some include agility, core and functional strength drills. I use all these tools and more to provide great personal training program, so take charge and get fit with me at MAX Training.
