Hi, I'm Abbie. I'm a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I also have my pre and post-natal exercise specialist training.

I focus on helping my clients create a relationship with exercise, food, and their bodies.

After spending my time going through severe post partum depression, I began my fitness journey to support my mental health. I spent 5 Years working in the mental health field and now I personal train to help support the minds and bodies of my clients.
