Personal Trainer Overview

I will train you to get stronger and move better using primarily free weights and kettlebells. Your program is built specific to your needs and ability. I am 1 of only 2 highly trained RKC instructors in Northern Colorado and one of the only trainers using the Functional Movement Screen.

Training Philosophy

I believe a trainers first priority is "Do No Harm"! You will not only receive a good workout but more importantly the skills required to train on your own when ready. Quality must precede quantity in order to safely progress. I will teach you how!

As a trainer I pride myself on teaching you a skill. I will teach you more in the first hour than most trainers teach in a month. What I subscribe will not be easy. You will have to do ALL the work. My job is to give YOU the tools to get the job done.

Bio

Aaron has been providing expert personal training since 2010.  When he is not helping others to improve their fitness, Aaron is working as an EMT on a local ambulance.  Over the years in EMS he has witnessed first hand what unhealthy lifestyles can do to a person.  Aaron's mission is to reach out and help others increase strength and improve their health, fitness and mobility.

    Aaron has helped countless individuals obtain goals of weight loss, improved strength, conditioning, increased mobility, and overall general fitness through the use of strength training, functional movement and corrective exercise.

    Aaron's first priority is safety and will never sacrifice quantity for quality!   His focus is on skill and technique  first.  Consistency is the key to success.  By understanding how to train smart at 80% you will find a long healthy life in the world of strength and conditioning.
