Personal Trainer Overview

Fat loss, hypertrophy, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation. I am a firm believer in using my deep science background and experience to train my clients.

I believe in methods that prove results. Whatever my clients goals are, I mold myself to become that style of trainer, while adding my hardworking mentality to back it up.

Training Philosophy

I believe that the base should be built before anything. Correct imbalances, then build from there. Start by restructuring the clients diet in order to match their goals. I will always be dedicated to helping my clients, and shaping their routines to custom fit their needs and goals.

My commitment to my client will show that I hold results at a high value. Set realistic goals, and continue to strive towards them. Although there will be obstacles in the way, I am continuing to shine light and motivate my client at the highest of highs, and lowest of lows. I believe my personal experiences and values in life and training allow me to connect with clients. I am a firm believer in continuing to keep up with science and research to make sure I am guiding my clients in right way,

Bio

Specialized Personal Trainer – I specialize in fat loss, hypertrophy, rehabilitation, and corrective exercise. I started very young with a passion for athletics, competing in Muay Thai and MMA. This led to a passion in other sports like football and wrestling. I found myself adopting several characteristics from playing sports my whole life, such as discipline and the hard work grind mentality. I have always been one to push myself as far as I can, and once I adopted my passion in training, I truly embedded myself in this trait. After having a season ending injury in football, I automatically shifted my focus to fitness training and personal training. At the young age of 17, I began personal training. With 7 1/2 years of experience at 25 years old, I have truly pushed myself to become the best version of myself that I can be. While training people full time, I managed to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology, a Masters of Science in Advanced Exercise Science, and I will be continuing education August of 2024 in hopes of obtaining a Doctorate in Exercise Science. I have the sponge mentality, and I enjoy learning from others in the industry, staying on top of the new finds in exercise science, and developing connections with my clients. I have a huge passion in body building and crafting myself physically, mentally, and emotionally in the gym. All of the concepts I have learned throughout my educational career I apply to myself in my sessions, and figure out creative ways that I can translate them to my personal training clients to benefit them in the best way possible. I have always had wonderful role models in sports and fitness growing up, and my goal is to be that person for all of my clients as well. One of those role models being my father, who I lost at a young age. This created a spark in me that has pushed me to where I am today. The effort that I put in within the fitness industry is not only to create better opportunities for myself, but create better versions of every client that I come in contact with. I not only target the goals of the clientele, but the needs as well! There should be nothing neglected to create the image that my client strives to obtain, and my job is to provide the tools for my client to do so.

I offer the all around experience to my clients. I know that it may be a hard road to follow and adhere to, but I relate because I have been through the journey myself. I have gained weight, and lost 60-80 LBS. I do this to show that it is possible to get to where you want to be, and I am here as your co-pilot. Let’s take this fitness journey together!
