As an Elite Certified Fitness Trainer, I specialize in FULL BODY TRANSFORMATION through a sensible diet, body manipulation in order to transform the body, via my extensive bodybuilding experience, coupled with a sound fitness program. I enjoy what I do faithfully, and look forward to changing lives everyday!

Training Philosophy

I workout 5 days a week with weekends off. Discipline is the key to any successful fitness goal! YOU, are the “Canvas”, and I am the “Artist” that will sculpt your physique both aerobically, and anaerobically to help you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals!!!

Bio

I really had a true passion for fitness and wellness during my years playing football in high school and at the collegiate level. My passion became greater after I joined the US Air Force in 1994, since as a military member, fitness was a vital component of serving in the armed forces. I also learned about what it takes to condition the body for peak lean muscle tone, and full transformation.
